Duplex 2205 Tube / Tubing / U Tube is manufactured and sold under the specifications ASTM A999, A928 and A790. The tubes come in different sizes ranging from 0.3mm to 50mm. The material composition includes chromium, molybdenum, nickel and other elements. The UNS S31803 Tubing has carbon, manganese, silicon, phosphorus and sulfur which makes it resistant against mild acids. The UNS S32205 U Tube has 0.14% nitrogen minimum. The difference in grading applies to different application types. The material has 448MPa minimum yield strength and 621MPa minimum tensile strength. So the WNR 1.4462 Boiler Tube is stronger than the ordinary stainless steel. The material is corrosion resistant against localized corrosion. It can operate at temperatures up to 150 degrees Celsius without chloride stress corrosion cracking. We supply all types of Duplex Stainless steel welded Tubes and seamless tubes.
