Titanium Gr 5 u tube for heat exchangers Manufacturer
Titanium Grade 5 Tube / Tubing / U Tube is the most used out of 40 different titanium grades. This grade has 90% titanium minimum in the composition and has low density like all titanium grades. The density is 4.43 grams per centimeter cube. Roopam Steel manufactures ti6ai4v tube in various sizes and standards and supply them to a large customer base. The tubes are strong with 950MPa minimum tensile strength and 880MPa minimum yield strength. The Titanium grade 5 seamless tube is used in high precision applications. The melting point of the material is 1632 degrees Celsius. This high melting point allows the tubes to be used as heat exchanger tubes and in boilers, condensers and super heaters. The Grade 5 Titanium welded tubes are used in aerospace, medical, chemical and in architectural industries due to the light weight, corrosion resistance and high strength.
